I had an excellent experience thanks to the outstanding customer service I received from Shaylyn. She was friendly, professional, and patient. She was also very knowledgeable and informative about her job and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout my call. It’s refreshing to come across someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and making customers feel valued. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Leticia. She has been absolutely AMAZING from the very beginning. During one of the most difficult times a family can go through—the loss of a loved one—her kindness, patience, compassion, and professionalism meant more to me than I can express.

Every single time I have called and asked for Leticia, she has been there for me. If she wasn’t available at that exact moment, she called me back. She answered every question I had, even when I felt like I was asking the same question over and over again. She never made me feel rushed, never made me feel like I was bothering her, and always took the time to make sure I understood everything.

When you are grieving, your mind and emotions are in so many different places, and sometimes you need things explained more than once. Leticia understood that. She treated me with such genuine compassion and patience during a time when my family and I were hurting deeply.

Exceptional customer service is one thing, but Leticia went far beyond that. She made me feel cared for, heard, and supported as a person. I am truly grateful for everything she has done for me and my family. She is an incredible asset to this company, and I hope she knows how much her kindness has meant to us.

Life changes are real, thus adapting to those changes require the customer to reach out and make other changes. I found myself making contact with AFBA so that going forward the results are going to be good. My intentions and the possibilities of how to achieve those intentions developed into an excellent experience between myself and the Agent 'L' that took my call. I had an EXCELLENT experience with Ms. Lety. It had been a long time since I had updated my AFBA beneficiaries/personal data after a name change, and Ms. Lety, even though almost at the end of her shift, stayed on the phone with me and helped me establish my on-line account, update my profile, user name, password, beneficiaries AND she discovered that she needed to merge TWO AFBA accounts into just one for me.  Throughout the administrative process, she remained cordial, energetic, and she stayed on the phone line with me until she confirmed I could log in, see all of my details, as well as the one, merged policy. Writing this review on behalf of my mother - we worked with Ms. Lety (Letty) and she was incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating. We were working to get a statement letter for my mother's policy, and Ms. Lety was so friendly and understood exactly why we needed the letter.
